StoreNoviq provides a Shopify embedded app, merchant APIs, ingestion services, and CLI-accessible behavior data tools. You may use the service only for your own lawful merchant operations and in accordance with Shopify platform requirements.

Merchants are responsible for configuring StoreNoviq lawfully, providing any required notices or consents to customers, controlling access to StoreNoviq API keys and agent environments, and ensuring agent outputs are reviewed before business decisions are made.

StoreNoviq is designed to preserve raw signals such as IP addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses for authorized analysis. You are responsible for ensuring that people and agents with access to your StoreNoviq account are permitted to view and process that information.

You may not use StoreNoviq to violate law, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or process data you are not authorized to process.

StoreNoviq may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption to merchant data collection and agent workflows.

StoreNoviq is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Behavior analysis and AI-agent outputs may be incomplete or incorrect, and merchants remain responsible for final decisions.
