StoreNoviq is a behavior data platform for Shopify merchants. The service collects, stores, associates, and makes merchant-scoped behavior facts available through the embedded app, APIs, and StoreNoviq CLI.

Depending on the merchant configuration, StoreNoviq may process storefront events, checkout and order signals, product interactions, webhook data, connector events, device and browser context, IP addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping and billing addresses, customer identifiers, order identifiers, and related metadata.

These fields are intentionally available to authorized merchant agents because they are important for detecting bots, fraud patterns, attribution gaps, checkout issues, customer support problems, and other behavior anomalies.

We use information to operate StoreNoviq, associate events to the correct merchant scope, support merchant analysis through the CLI and embedded app, maintain security, troubleshoot service issues, and comply with applicable obligations.

StoreNoviq does not sell merchant or customer data. We may share data with infrastructure, database, hosting, AI execution, observability, and connector providers only as needed to provide the service, secure it, or comply with law.

StoreNoviq retains merchant-scoped behavior data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain auditability, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Merchants may request deletion or export by contacting StoreNoviq support.

StoreNoviq uses access controls, scoped API keys, encryption for configured sensitive fields at rest, and operational safeguards designed to protect merchant data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
